Since 2013, our facilities in Almonte use an industrial freezing process to preserve unaltered the characteristics of the strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries harvested daily in our farms, which are then supplied to the food industry.
The fruit is picked and stored in plastic boxes at optimal ripeness and delivered to our facilities in Almonte. Once quality control has been completed, the berries are processed, within 48 hours, on our production lines.
Processed fruits are sustainably grown on Global Gap-certified farms.
Depending on the product’s characteristics, it can be used in the following sectors of the food industry: yoghurt, ice cream, jams, juices, industrial pastry, baby food, retail, etc.
