About Us
Since 2013, our facilities in Almonte use an industrial freezing process to preserve unaltered the characteristics of the strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries harvested daily in our farms, which are then supplied to the food industry.
The fruit is picked and stored in plastic boxes at optimal ripeness and delivered to our facilities in Almonte. Once quality control has been completed, the berries are processed, within 48 hours, on our production lines.
Processed fruits are sustainably grown on Global Gap-certified farms.
Depending on the product’s characteristics, it can be used in the following sectors of the food industry: yoghurt, ice cream, jams, juices, industrial pastry, baby food, retail, etc.
Our facilities
Our facilities, which occupy more than 4,000 m2, process within 48 hours the Global Gap-certified strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries collected daily at our farms, making them available to the food industry.
Some of our facilities are located within 70 km from our production farms. The industrial freezing process takes place here on our 5 lines that can work simultaneously.
Both our facilities and production process are certified under BRC (version 7) and CAAE standards, meaning that we can process organic products in our facilities.

Our static blast freezers and IQF blast freezer are used for the following SKUs:
- Frozen strawberry with calyx.
- IQF strawberry without calyx (calibrated or not calibrated).
- IQF strawberry cubes (10×10 mm or 12×12 mm).
- IQF strawberry halves.
- IQF whole raspberry.
- Raspberry (whole and crumble).
- Raspberry (crushed).
- IQF blueberry.
- IQF blackberry.
Frozen purées
We also produce unpasteurised purées on our purée lines.
- Frozen strawberry purée, with or without seed.
- Frozen raspberry purée, with or without seed.
- Frozen blackberry purée, with or without seed.
Pre-cooled fruit:
- Ground strawberry (tank)
- Ground raspberry (tank)
- Ground blackberry (tank)
Packaging
- Our frozen fruit is packed in food-grade bags stored in 1×10 kg, 1×18 kg, 1×20 kg, 1×400 kg boxes, palletised in wooden Europallets.
- Our frozen fruit is packed in food-grade bags stored in 1×10 kg, 1×18 kg, 1×20 kg, 1×400 kg boxes, palletised in wooden Europallets.
- Pre-cooled ground fruit is packed in food-grade tanks.
