Strawberry

Along two decades we have ensured superior flavor and quality by breeding our own varieties of strawberries, using only natural breeding methods.

We naturally breed berry plants to be more resistant to diseases and pests while meeting our quality standards for flavor and appearance. A perfect strawberry has a symmetric shape, with a brilliant sheen and rich, even red color. We look for strawberries that are clean and dry with fresh, not wilted caps. When picking strawberries we avoid those with seedy tips or white shoulders.

It is very important to treat your strawberries correctly, and remember that berries taste best when kept chilled. For best results, we recommends that you store your strawberries in their original container. Always refrigerate your berries immediately and don’t wash them until you are ready to use them. Gently rinse berries with the green caps still on, under cool water. After washing, remove the green caps. Allowing strawberries to reach room temperature before serving will enhance their natural flavors.
